Comunidy Terms of Service
Effective May 17, 2026. Comunidy is operated by Lumen Core LLC. By using Comunidy, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for communities where you have been invited or authorized.
Private community and beta use.
Comunidy helps communities coordinate members, family profiles, events, classes, resources, messages, group chats, invitations, and operational updates. Some parts of the app are still in beta or private testing. Features may change, pause, or become unavailable as we improve reliability and safety.
Use Comunidy respectfully.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access communities or records you are not authorized to access, harass others, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with service operation, or use Comunidy in a way that violates your community's rules or applicable law.
Communities own their operational context.
Communities and their authorized administrators are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of their events, classes, resources, messages, invites, and membership decisions. Lumen Core LLC may restrict access, remove content, or take other action when needed for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity.
No unavailable feature promises.
Comunidy may include foundations for future capabilities, but these Terms do not promise payments, attendance tracking, recurring-event management, or class-session tools unless those capabilities are explicitly made available in the app and supported by Lumen Core LLC.
Service may change.
Comunidy is provided as an evolving service. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If you no longer want to use Comunidy, you can sign out, leave eligible communities, and review account deletion instructions.
