Comunidy account deletion and exit instructions
Comunidy is operated by Lumen Core LLC. The app currently supports sign out and community exit flows. Full backend-owned account deletion is handled as a reviewed support process; it is not an instant in-app deletion button.
Sign out or leave a community.
You can sign out from Account settings at any time. If your role allows it, you can leave a community from Account settings. Leaving a community removes your access and participation in that community, while some historical records may remain for community integrity.
Community owners may need to transfer ownership or complete community-level administration before leaving.
Request reviewed account deletion.
To request account deletion, use the support process for the community or Lumen Core representative who invited you. Include the email address you use for Comunidy, the community name if known, and a statement that you are requesting account deletion.
Lumen Core LLC may need to verify identity, confirm community context, and preserve limited records where needed for safety, legal compliance, community history, or operational integrity.
No instant deletion promise.
Account deletion does not automatically erase every community record if retaining a limited record is necessary for community safety, audit history, event/class/resource history, or legal obligations. We will explain the result of a deletion request through the support process.
