Comunidy Privacy Policy
Effective May 17, 2026. Comunidy is operated by Lumen Core LLC. This policy explains how we handle information for the current Comunidy app experience.
Community app information.
Comunidy may process account profile information, sign-in email address, community membership and role information, family profile details that you enter, messages and group chat activity, event and RSVP information, class and enrollment information, resource metadata and files, invite codes, device push-token records, and app activity needed to operate the service.
Comunidy uses magic-link sign-in. We do not ask you to create a password in the app.
To run your community.
We use this information to authenticate users, manage community membership, show events, classes, resources, and messages, deliver notifications, support safety and moderation, preserve community history, troubleshoot the service, and improve reliability.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use uploaded resource files, private messages, or family records to build advertising profiles.
Limited operational sharing.
We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database, storage, email, push notifications, diagnostics, and related operations. These providers process information for service operation and security. Community administrators may see information needed to manage their own community, including membership, events, classes, resources, and moderation-relevant activity.
Some records preserve community history.
Some information can remain in community history after a user leaves a community, such as past messages, event records, class records, and resource history, where preservation is needed for community integrity, safety, or operational records. Account deletion requests are reviewed through the account deletion process and may require confirming identity and community context.
Your controls.
You can sign out of Comunidy, leave a community when role rules allow it, update profile and family details available in the app, and ask your community organizer or Lumen Core representative for help with account access, data questions, or account exit requests.
