Comunidy is operated by Lumen Core LLC. This page is the canonical support destination for Comunidy while the service is in private community and TestFlight use.
Use your community support path.
If you were invited to Comunidy by a school, co-op, class, parent group, or community organizer, contact the organizer or Lumen Core representative who provided your invite. Include your community name, the email address you use to sign in, the device you are using, and a short description of what happened.
If the issue involves a resource, event, class, group chat, invitation, or membership request, include the name of that item. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Account, access, and safety questions.
Support can help route questions about magic-link sign-in, community invites, joining or leaving a community, group chat access, resource access, profile or family information, and safety concerns inside a community.
Some actions are owned by your community administrators. Lumen Core LLC may ask you to work with your community organizer when the request depends on that community's membership, class, event, or resource records.
Need to leave Comunidy?
You can sign out of the app at any time. You can also leave a community from Account settings when the community role rules allow it. For account deletion and data-retention questions, read the account deletion instructions.
