Comunidy Community Guidelines

Comunidy is a private-community operating service. Use it respectfully, lawfully, and only within communities and conversations you are authorized to access.

You may not use Comunidy to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse another person;
• promote hate, sexual exploitation, child endangerment, trafficking, or illegal activity;
• impersonate another person or organization, commit fraud, or manipulate payments, refunds, Contributions, invitations, or entitlements;
• spam members, automate unsolicited messages, evade rate limits, or create abusive accounts, communities, groups, invitations, or uploads;
• publish private information without authority or expose child/family information beyond its intended community purpose;
• upload malware, unlawful material, dangerous or illegal sales, or content you do not have the right to use;
• probe, bypass, disrupt, reverse engineer unlawfully, or defeat authentication, authorization, moderation, storage, payment, or cost controls; or
• use community roles, connected Stripe accounts, or organizer tools outside the authority granted to you.

Available safety controls

In conversations, use Report Message or Block User in the message options where available. Blocking hides that person's messages for you within the community; it is not a global account ban.

Authorized community administrators can remove community members, remove group messages, and restrict who can post in group conversations. Group posting controls include pausing and resuming an individual member's posting. These controls depend on role and context and can be used to address prohibited content or abuse.

For a safety, abuse, copyright, or illegal-content concern, use the relevant in-app control when available or contact Comunidy Support. Include only the information needed to explain the issue. Do not send sensitive information about children or other people unless it is necessary to describe the concern. Emergency situations should be directed to local emergency services.
